Happy P Day yall
Its been a good little while honestly. Campus finding has been popping off still, finding loads of friends. Got a lot of them progressing super well too. Yesterday my boy Kenneth got baptized after a long wait which was great! His testimony of prayer is awesome, as he says God told him the Book of Mormon is true, and told him to be baptized, which is a huge miracle.
The heat has certainly been something to bear, we had rain for the first time in 3 months and ever since then its been boiling. I'm shocked I'm not sunburnt yet, given we are outside all day long.
Friday I felt a bit sick and pushed through it, I knew as I go out and teach the spirit would heal me haha. Did that Saturday as well, and same with Sunday, as I didn't want to miss the baptism. But last night another sister missionary in our ward tested positive for Covid. I did the same and also got positive, which is exactly what I was not hoping for. I guess its looking to be 17 games of monopoly and endless cups of hot coco in my near future. Its okay though because the Ravens won with 41 points yesterday.
Not much else to report, we keep getting bashed by the same dude on campus. I've met him like 5 times now and hes becoming an opp. When we make friends he tells them not to meet with us anymore, which isn't very Christlike. We will have a lesson with someone and he will walk up and want to join. My companion hit him with the “I'm gonna have to ask you to leave”, which results in another bash but it's chill because we haven't seen him in like a week.
