Happy P day yall
What a busy week it's been! So many lessons I can't even keep track haha. Our area is totally being blessed by the Lord. We currently have 4 people on a baptismal date and by the end of the week we are looking to get 6 maybe 7. We made a bunch of friends too, 17/10 which is great. My boy Jae is being baptized on Sunday! Its crazy that we met 4 weeks ago today. His progress is massive, we met with him a few days ago and we were dumbfounded that he marked up his Book of Mormon as much as he did. We are looking to get 1-2 baptisms per week for the month of August which is wild.
The work has been pretty good other than that, getting closer with friends and helping them progress. I'm at a loss as to what I should even write, as it was just lesson after lesson. I've started leading out the area while on exchanges which has been pretty fun. Members keep stopping us on the sidewalk and taking up literally 45 minutes of our time which is nice, but a heap of time wasted.
Story of the week: we were out finding when we came across this one guy who seemed pretty chill and we started talking. For 50 minutes. We went over every point in the 3 lessons except two. It was just him asking question after question and we get to the fall of Adam and Eve. That's when he stops us and says, “don't you think Satan might be the good guy in this because he taught them how to eat, and you have to eat in order to live, right?”. Yep you heard that one right. Crazy stuff.
